I just wanted to say thank you so much. I received an order from you this morning and everything is perfect and the service was absolutely wonderful. It was such a lovely relief.  

I have never even thought to order a Christmas present this close to the actual holiday and I was so afraid that there was no way that these ones, for my sister, were going to arrive in time. I had originally ordered from another company on 11/19. I talked to them about the item before ordering so I didn’t anticipate any problems. Rather on 12/14 after a variety of issues yet assurances that the item would soon be shipped, I was informed that the item (that they had supposedly already tried to ship to me once) was out of stock. Suffice it to say I was a little more that wary of ordering from another online mystical supply shop.

Despite reservations, rather than changing my entire Christmas plans for my sister, I gave it one more try and ordered from your company the next day. You had made mention of Christmas delivery and therefore looked to be keeping your site updated. You also have such a wonderful variety of beautiful items to choose from. Rather than have difficulty finding what I was looking for, it was difficult to choose which fabulous items to purchase and the prices are so very reasonable. Everything arrived this morning – barely two business days after I ordered (when I thought that they had yet to even ship) and far better than I had expected, packaged wonderfully and so prompt.

I will certainly look to Ladyhawk’s Treasures for future needs and be passing on your website to my sister as well...after Christmas of course ;)

The quality of these pendants is superb, far surpassing many, many pieces I have seen. Not only was the quality outstanding, but the price was fabulous!!!
