Privacy Policy

Ladyhawk's Treasures does not share customer information including email or postal mail address with anyone not directly involved in the processing of an order.  It is not our policy to spam nor do we send unwanted postal mail. Any email sent will be only to notify customers of new or sale items, website updates or to acknowledge information on orders received.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Ladyhawk's Treasures shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. Ladyhawk's Treasures shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Ladyhawk's Treasures shall immediately issue a credit to your PayPal account in the amount of the charge.  Prices can and do change periodically.

Order Acceptance Policy

"Price and Availability is Subject to Change Without Notice".  Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We at Ladyhawk's Treasures reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.  Ladyhawk's Treasures reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to change the price as stated by the policy "Prices Subject To Change Without Notice".

Back Ordered/ Out of Stock Items

We strive to keep our website as up to date as possible by removing items that are on backorder from the site as quickly as possible.  On occasion, we may temporarily run out of a particular item.  If an item is ordered that is found to be out of stock due to a back order, a refund will be applied to the order for the back ordered item.

Discontinued Items

Some of our items may be "Discontinued Items", which means that we are no longer be able to reorder them from our supplier.  We will continue to offer these items until we no longer have a supply of them in stock.

Sales Taxes

Ladyhawk's Treasures is required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Maryland.  The applicable sales tax for the State of Maryland is 5%.

Permission to Return, Exchange and to Receive Credit

Ladyhawk's Treasures will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification of your intent to return an item is within 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT.  We will issue credit to your credit card or PayPal account in US dollars, or send you a check if payment was made by check or money order. For unwanted merchandise and exchanges, the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer. 

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

Ladyhawk's Treasures will upon your request replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error.  As with return or exchange items, you must notify Ladyhawk's Treasures within 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT of your order if you are returning an item that was received in damaged condition.  For merchandise received due to a picking error,  the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer. 

Lost Shipments

By placing an order with us you agree that you will not hold Ladyhawk's Treasures liable for any orders lost or damaged while in the possession of USPS or UPS. 

Legal Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer, NOT THE SELLER, to ascertain, and obey, all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession and use of any item on this site.  All equipment is sold subject to public law 90-351, title III, U.S.D., Section 2511, and any local, state or federal ordinances.  Consult your local and state laws before ordering if you are in doubt.  Absolutely no sales of any cutlery, herbal supplements, or smoking products to minors! 

By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner, and that he/she is of legal age.  Ladyhawk's Treasures will not be held liable for the misuse of any product listed in this site.

Ordering Options

Use our secure online shopping cart to place your order.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, checks, money orders and PayPal.  Click here for specific information on how to order online using our secure shopping cart.  We also accept money orders and personal checks.  Click here for information on how to order when making payment with a money order or personal check.  Please note that we hold checks for one week before shipping an order to ensure that the payment clears our financial institution and yours.

International Orders

International orders must be paid for using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal or U.S. funded Money Order (drawn from a U.S. bank).  No personal checks will be accepted.  Please note that there is no way for us to guarantee delivery once a package leaves the United States.  We also have no control over whether customs will delay your shipment, and if so for how long.   You may be charged an import duty on your purchase.  This varies from country to country.  Check with your local customs office for details. 

United Kingdom customers may be charged a VAT charge and duty taxes.  Please note that we have no control over any additional charges for customs clearance and cannot predict what these may be at any time in the future. You are responsible for these charges and for complying with all laws and regulations of the UK Customs Authorities.  Please visit the HM Customs and Excise website for more information.
