Each of our tea selections are specially blended with just the right herbs to help what ails you or to bring about a specific state of mind. Each package contains loose tea blends. One package is enough for five plus cups of tea. (Not to be used as a substitute for a doctor's care.)
To make tea: Herbs which are flowers or leaves can be steeped (put in a cup of very hot water until it is flavored as strongly as you wish). Bark and root herbs usually need to be simmered in a pan of boiling water to fully release their flavor. Add a little honey or sugar and enjoy!
