Why should I register and create an account with Ladyhawk's Treasures?
Registering with our website and creating a username and password allows you to save your preferences such as billing and shipping addresses so that they are available every time you shop with us. No more retyping address information each time that you place an order. Not quite ready to check out yet? Items that you place in your shopping cart will be there for you to view the next time that you login. As a registered customer, you can view your previous purchase history and update account information.
And, best of all, as a registered customer, you can login to your account at any time after placing your order to view the status of your order and to obtain your order tracking number. This number is used to track the progress of your shipped package (for U.S. orders). Note: You must be registered prior to placing an order to be able to track that order or any subsequent orders. ***Special Note to PayPal Express Customers: In order to provide you with your order status and shipment tracking information, you must be logged in before you place your order using the PayPal Express button. Your order will only show up in your account and order history if you login prior to checkout.
When you are logged into your account, your order status will show one of the following: New, Processing, or Shipped.

New will be reflected immediately after you place your order. You should receive an email message from Ladyhawk's Treasures providing you with a summary of your order. (If you have not received an email message from ladyhawk@ladyhawkstreasures.com within one hour after placing your order, most likely your email address was entered incorrectly.)

Processing will be indicated when we are getting your order ready to go. Most packages are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt during regular business days. If Processing is shown for longer than that, there may be an out-of-stock item that we are waiting on that is due in shortly. (Backordered items that are not expected in within a few days will be removed from your order. A refund will be provided for any backordered item.)

Shipped will be the package status when the item has actually left our shop and is on its way to you!
If your order status shows Shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number (for orders within the U.S.). You can track you package by clicking here. You will be directed to the USPS website where you can enter your tracking number to view the progress of your package. We ship most orders via USPS Priority Mail. If you live in the U.S., you should receive your package within 2 to 4 business days.
Do I have to register to shop at Ladyhawk's Treasures?
Registration is not required. You can shop our website at any time without ever registering. Registration simply makes ordering so much easier for returning customers.
What ordering and payment methods are available?
Order via our secure online shopping cart or by postal mail. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Personal Check, Money Order or PayPal (including eCheck payments through PayPal). Note: Since all of our products are now online and available through our website, we no longer offer a paper catalog. However, you can order by regular mail, just as you would from a paper catalog. Please see below for information regarding how to order when paying with a personal check or money order.
How do I order online?

View the item of your choice by clicking on the "View Details" button.

You will be directed to a page that provides complete details about that item. Here you will be able to select a specific size, color or gemstone for the item if applicable. Click on the "Add To Cart" button to add the item to your shopping cart.

You will then be directed to your Shopping Cart page that shows the contents of your shopping cart. Here you will see an itemized list of all of your selections. Click on "Continue Shopping" to return to our shop's home page if you'd like to select more items. Your shopping cart will remember the items that you have placed there.

You can update quantities for items in your shopping cart simply by changing the number in the "Quantity" box next to any item in your cart. Click on the "Update" button and your totals will be recalculated. You may also remove items from your shopping cart by clicking the "Remove" button.

When you are ready to proceed, click on "Check Out" and you will be directed to our secure checkout server to complete your order. You will be given the opportunity to log in, register or simply check out. When you select Check Out, you will be asked to provide your Contact, Billing and Shipping information. Before submitting your order, please double check all of your pertinent information, particularly your email and shipping information. If you do not receive an email message from ladyhawk@ladyhawkstreasures.com within an hour after placing your order, most likely your email address has been entered incorrectly. Incorrect email information may delay your order. Click the "Submit" button. The last step of the process will be to select your payment method. If paying by credit card, please enter your credit card information, including the Card Verification (CVV) number. The CVV is the three- or four-digit code assigned to a customer's credit card number. This number is found either on the back of the card or on the front of the card at the end of the credit card number. You can make payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PayPal.

PayPal Express Checkout - If you would like to check out using your PayPal account, you can do so at any time without going through the whole checkout process that you would normally use with a credit card. After placing all of your desired items in your shopping cart, you'll see a large orange "Check out with PayPal" button. If you'd like to check out and pay using PayPal, simply click this button. This will take you to your own PayPal account login page. Once you have logged into your account, you can pay with PayPal. Then PayPal will return you to our website for the final wrap-up of your order. If everything is correct, simply click on the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page to complete your order. PayPal Express Checkout, it's simple and secure. ***Special Note to PayPal Express Customers: In order to provide you with your order status and shipment tracking information, you must be logged in before you place your order using the PayPal Express button. Your order will only show up in your account and order history if you login prior to checkout.

You can rest assured that our servers are 100% secure. They are maintained by Authorize.Net and are state of the art. PayPal accounts are maintained by the secure PayPal server.

You will receive an email receipt of your order, confirming your payment, which will include a copy of the payment details.

Special Note: Ladyhawk's Treasures uses the Address Verification System (AVS) when processing all credit card orders as an additional security measure. When placing your order, please ensure that the address that you provide matches exactly the address on your credit card billing statement. We can only ship your order to that address. Orders that do not pass AVS will not be processed.

Special Note: If any of the information that you enter is incorrect or does not match your credit card information or your address and billing information, you may receive an error message when you submit your order. If you receive an error message, your order may not have gone through. If you are having difficulty ordering or are receiving error messages, please contact us for assistance.

International Orders
International orders must be paid for using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal or U.S. funded Money Order. No personal checks will be accepted. Please note that there is no way for us to guarantee delivery once a package leaves the United States. We also have no control over whether customs will delay your shipment, and if so for how long. You may be charged an import duty on your purchase. This varies from country to country. Check with your local customs office for details.
United Kingdom customers may be charged a VAT charge and duty taxes. Please note that we have no control over any additional charges for customs clearance and cannot predict what these may be at any time in the future. You are responsible for these charges and for complying with all laws and regulations of the UK Customs Authorities. Please visit the HM Customs and Excise website for more information.
Can I pay by personal check or money order?
Yes you can! If you would like to pay for your order by money order or check, simply shop online, print the final checkout page and mail it to us. Or, you can click on the Mail Order Form link shown at the top of the page, fill it out and send it to us. Note: The item number for each of our products can be found on our website by clicking on the View Details button for the item. The item number is shown in parentheses just above the product description; for example (TP2320). It's as simple as that! Don't have a printer? Just shop online and write out the final checkout order on any piece of paper. Please remember to include the shipping charges in your payment. Our address is as follows:

Please make money orders and checks payable to Ladyhawk's Treasures. Please note that we hold checks for up to two weeks before shipping an order to ensure that the payment clears our financial institution and yours. We also accept eCheck payments via PayPal only.
We can not accept personal checks, money orders or foreign currency from outside of the United States. International orders must be paid for using Visa, Mastercard, American Express or U.S. funded Money Order (drawn from a U.S. bank).
How long does it take to receive an order?
Once we receive confirmation of your payment, your order will be shipped generally within 24 hours. Please allow time for delivery, about 3 to 7 working days, depending upon where your reside in the United States. Most U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. If you pay for your order with a check or money order (for U.S. orders only), your order will be shipped as soon as your check or money order clears through our bank. If you are an international customer, shipping times will vary depending upon the country that you live in.
What are your shipping and handling rates?
Shipping within the U.S.:
For orders between $ 0.01 - $ 39.99 = $ 7.00
For orders between $ 40.00 - $ 69.99 = $ 9.00
For orders between $ 70.00 - $ 99.99 = $ 11.00
For orders between $100.00 - $150.00= $13.00
For orders between $150.00 - and up = $15.00
*Note: Heavy orders may require additional shipping charges. If additional shipping charges are required to ship your order to you, we will notify you by email and send a PayPal money request for the additional amount. Your order will be shipped upon receipt of the additional payment amount.
Shipping to countries outside of the U.S.:
For orders between $ 0.01 - $ 39.99 = $13.00
For orders between $ 40.00 - $ 69.99 = $16.00
For orders between $ 70.00 - $ 99.99 = $19.00
For orders between $100.00 - $ 149.99 = $22.00
For orders between $150.00 - and up = $26.00

Is your website secure?
The security of your information, transactions, and money is top priority with us and at Authorize.Net and PayPal. Each automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to their secure server using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 256-bits (the highest level commercially available). Making payment through Authorize.Net or PayPal is just as safe, if not safer than it would be for you to present your credit card to a retailer in any brick and mortar store.
